I have extremely sensitive skin, can I use your soap?Yes, you can! Our soaps are handmade with natural ingredients, making them gentle and safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We do not use harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or artificial colors in our products. Instead, we use natural oils, butters, herbs, and essential oils that are known for their skin-loving properties. In fact, many of our customers with sensitive skin have reported that our soap has helped soothe their skin and reduce irritation. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before using any new product, especially if you have very sensitive skin. What is your return policyAt From Goat To Soap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and let us know if you had any issue with the order. Due to the personal nature of our product we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with the order, we will do whatever we are able to make it right. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

I want to try your soap, but I really don't want to pay for shipping. What are my options?We understand that shipping costs can be a deterrent for some customers. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. If you're not quite ready to order that much soap, we do occasionally offer promotions for free shipping on smaller orders. Be sure to sign up for our email list and follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on our latest offers. Additionally, we encourage customers to consider placing a larger order with friends or family members to split the cost of shipping. Thank you for your interest in our natural soap products.
